I have read and agree to abide by Lewes Library of Things 'Terms of Borrowing' 

I agree to use the items safely.

I agree to bring Things back on time and be responsible for any late fees.

I understand that failure to do so may result in revocation of borrowing approval.

Lewes Library of Things may need to contact me about my membership account.

I have shown* a Lewes Library of Things volunteer one accredited form of ID (e.g. driving license/passport) or two documents stating my name and address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement etc.)

*If signing up online, I will show this on my first visit to the Library.
